Qualified Electrician

South East London & Kent | Full-time

About the Role

We're looking for a qualified electrician to join the team on a mix of commercial and residential projects across South East London, Kent and the surrounding areas. You'll be working alongside our existing team on everything from first fix new builds to full commercial fit-outs, testing, and maintenance contracts. We need someone who can work independently, takes pride in doing things properly, and doesn't need babysitting.

What You'll Be Doing

  • First and second fix on commercial and residential projects
  • Commercial installations including containment, distribution boards, and final circuits
  • Testing and inspection (EICRs, initial verification)
  • Working on new builds, refurbishments, and maintenance contracts
  • Coordinating with other trades on site when needed

What We're Looking For

  • NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations (or equivalent)
  • 18th Edition (BS 7671) — current
  • 2391 or equivalent inspection and testing qualification
  • ECS/CSCS card
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience on commercial or residential sites
  • Someone who turns up on time, gets on with people, and takes pride in their work

Nice to Have

  • Experience on commercial new builds or large-scale refurbs
  • SSSTS or SMSTS
  • First Aid at Work
  • Own tools
